At HERBINO STORE, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take care to ensure that our skincare and haircare products reach you in good condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs of the product. Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, but cancellation may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
